Terminal 3

2007 - present

Once completed, the new Terminal 3 is expected to increase passenger capacity at Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) by 25 million passengers per year for the first project phase. This ambitious project is one of the largest airport projects currently in Europe.

As a part of the owner representative team, Logplan is responsible for assembling and coordinating all functional and space requirements with the involved parties. The requirements are being collected in a systematic way and will be issued in a functional specification. This specification forms a comprehensive basis for the architectural design and will be further detailed and followed up during the course of the project. Logplan is also supporting with the design review, project coordination and is providing layout evaluation and optimization.
