This TSA Recapitalization project at Saipan International Airport includes the replacement of the existing EDS machines (2) CTX550’s. The proposed modifications consist of ergonomic improvements including sliding table-tops, anti-fatigue matting and MUX V2 level 3 workstations. This project will allow the airport to increase their screening throughput and support future growth.

Logplan provided a fully PGDS compliant design and worked with local and national TSA through the PGDS submittal and deliverable process. The project was designed and delivered on time according to the TSA CBIS standards.

The project was then constructed by JBT/Oshkosh using the PGDS standards and the BHS design from Logplan. Logplan performed multiple site visits to oversee installation quality. Owner testing and Pre ISAT were completed successfully by Logplan. The system passed ISAT on the first attempt.
